Quotation Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

To provide clients with concise estimates within small timelines and to maintain agreeable relationships with clients. Candidate must be detail oriented and autonomy is a must. Must have good communication skills and work well in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and evaluate cost estimates.
• Communicate with team members regarding new and current projects.
• Prepare estimates in detail for all products.
• Ensure timely completion of estimates.
• Understand scope of work.
• Manage pricing from all vendors.
• Prepare cost analysis.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with client, vendors and subcontractors.

PRIOR WORK & EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

• Able to read technical drawings and develop cost estimates.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal processes
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Impeccable problem-solving skills
